We were put at Crowne Plaza for accommodation by American Airlines when our flight out of Auckland was cancelled. That said, the Hotel was a great solution for our family of five (across two rooms). Staff were very helpful and supportive during our unplanned stay. The restaurant in the hotel is great, especially for breakfast. The location is in the heart of the city, near the sky tower, the harbor, museums, cinema, etc. Would recommend for business travel, couples or full family. We did not have a vehicle so can’t provide help on that.
