Our standard buffet package has all the decisions made for you so that you can concentrate on the finer details.

  • Basket of artesian breads
  • Olive oil, hummus and pesto

 

Salads

  • Mixed salad leaves with heirloom tomato, Lebanese cucumber, red onion and citrus dressing
  • Orecchiette pasta, new season peas, broccoli, toasted almonds and pesto dressing

  • Fillet of Akaroa Salmon, lemon and beurre blanc
