PARKING & CAR RENTAL
Due to the exciting City Rail enhancement project, vehicle entrance to the hotel is only accessible via Wellesley Street West, via either Hobson and Nelson Street main thoroughfares. Once on Wellesley Street West, turn left onto Albert Street and follow temporary signage to direct you to the hotel entrance.
The Atrium carpark also uses the same entrance.
If your room is too hot or too cold for you, yes the air-conditioning can be adjusted using the control dial in the room.
TELEPHONE AND INTERNET
To get an outside landline, lift the receiver off the phone and dial 1, then dial the number you require.
For international calling you need to lift the receiver, dial 1 for the outside line, then 00, followed by the country code, the area code and the number.

CONFERENCE & EVENTS
The Function Rooms are located on Levels 4, 5 and 6 of the hotel; you can access these levels via he lifts and stairs.
OUT AND ABOUT
From the Hotel head to Queen St. Walk towards the sea, turn left when you get to Quay St, Viaduct Harbour is directly ahead on the Harbour side of the road. Google Maps will give you the latest information.
Breakfast is available in Aria Restaurant just near the Level 4 reception.
Breakfast is available from 6:30 am – 10:30 am.
Continental breakfast is $30 per person or a full breakfast is $38 per person. Children's breakfast is $19.
The taxi will pick you up from the forecourt of the hotel main entrance and yes the concierge can order a taxi for you.
