Kesan kurang baik karena ternyata toilet belum di bersihkan...

少し高めのAランクホテルですが、17階にコインランドリーまで備えてあって、一回2ドルで洗濯、乾燥機それぞれ使えます。これはなかなかない便利さで助かりました。

Nice location but a lot of disruptions due to the rail & street work. Rooms partially renovated.

UNEXPECTED GUEST The hotel is well presented at check but the lifts are a bit clunky and the hall ways require a good clean. We stayed on the 16th floor and the hall had a musky smell to it and looked dirty The room it’s self was comfortable and clean , apart from carpet which is way over due for a clean The bed was wonderfully comfortable one of the best I’ve slept in while away The hotel is in walking distance to all your needs My review would of been an average score of three except for the reason I would not return We returned to our room in the middle of the afternoon and when we opened the door there was a women standing in our room, she obviously had a key and she looked awkward like she had been caught out, but said she was just checking our room had been cleaned and raced out the door This may of been the case but I felt it was a huge invasion of privacy , we had money, passports as well as all our personal belongings in our room and it put us on edge, is it the hotel’s policy that staff members can enter visitors rooms any time they like, Something to think about when choosing accommodation I would think it would be the correct thing to do would be knock and ask when we were here or call us from reception and ask The bathroom was well presented but I found the bath really high to step into to get to the shower and had no rail on the wall or mat on bath floor to grip on to This could potentially be a falling hazard

Comfiest bed in NZ

房間很大很乾淨，睡得很舒適的床墊，超級愛這床的，早餐樣式很多，蘋果很好吃，這裡交通便利，地理位置很不錯，對面就是天空塔

Best location in CBD and close to everything. Good customer service and reception. Lifts are really good and fast. Gym is great with sauna. Rooms a bit outdated from quality of items ..like the tub and taps in the shower. Aircon is great. But all other accessories are good and on demand if anything needed. Some more dust cleaning needed under the bed sides and behind since I found an empty condom sachet underneath one of them when I wanted to pick my AirPods. Generally I love crown plaza in different places, this one needs a bit of more quality renovation to match the high price. Also good open buffet breakfast with extra cost if needed with good service.
